Hey Guys,
How are y'all doing? I'm doing just fine.
How was your fall? Mine was okay. I'll be the first to admit that this wasn't my best fall ever. All I can do is learn from the mistakes I have made, and try for a better fall next year.
I didn't get much of a chance to enjoy the colors of the leaves changing, which is disappointing on my part. That is something I like to enjoy each year, so I definitely feel like I missed out. Snow keeps coming and going, yet it doesn't seem to be staying at all. Hopefully it hurries up and decides to stay before too long. I like to ski, so it's understandable why I feel this way. Ooh... but I will be trying snowboarding (at some point) this winter!! I am excited. I like to try or learn new things. It would be fairly boring to go through life, if I didn't. Talking of learning, I have learned so much at my workplace!! I learned how to mix paint, and (most recently, and not at all well yet) print deer licenses. I love working. This job is my first, and I am grateful for it. The atmosphere is easy to work in, and I have AMAZING co-workers. Sometimes they can be a pain to work with, but then again... it could be worse. Most important of all, my boss. He is the coolest, and quite possibly one of the nicest bosses I'll have while I am working by employers. Once I graduate college and all, I am hoping to be my own boss. It's not that I don't enjoy working for someone, because that's not the case at all. I just find it would be nice to set my own schedule, rates, and be an awesome boss for others. To be able to travel, helping others.
Anyways, somehow I managed to get WAY off-course for my reason for posting today. I wanted to announce my wishes for this December. My birthday is coming up on the 20th. This year, I don't wish for any gifts. This year, I wish just to be surrounded by my friends and family. You all are the greatest gift I have received. I would feel terrible for requesting more than what you all have already provided me with. So many go through life alone. Yet, I am gifted through a grand abundance of loved ones. So, thank you all. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am, as I feel words cannot even begin to show how much.
Hugs to all!!!
Thanks again,

Happy Birthday Elise!
Yesterday, we celebrated the 15th birthday of my sister Elise. Our day started by playing games on the PlayStation. It was a decent way to start the morning, slow and enjoyable. Next, we got around for the day, as usual. I, then, drove everyone to the grocery store to get last minute supplies for the birthday meal. It went pretty well, with us only being there for about twenty minutes or so. We came back with donuts for breakfast, and potatoes for pierogies. For lunch, we had a cabbage casserole and some ginger ale. It was amazing! My mom made a wonderful meal. After several loads of dishes throughout the day, we soon began to see another meal take shape. Yet, to my surprise we needed to go to the store, again. Though, our route did extend to a trip to the post office. When we got back, Mom and Elise started the pierogies. The dough was made first, then the potato-cheese mixture. Soon, the little pierogi-like figures could be seen, being submerged under boiling water and thrown into the frying pan. Finally, delicious pierogies were made as well as Elise's birthday dessert. We usually have a birthday cake, yet this time we had something more original. We made some cake, yes, but we covered it in berries and Devonshire cream. It was exquisite! I totally recommend this treat over the usual frosted cakes.

Happy Birthday Izzy!
Yesterday was the 2nd birthday of my youngest sister, Isabelle. We spent the morning playing tennis, where we attempted both singles and doubles. Singles went well, we had Matthew and Rose on one court and Elise and I played on another. Matthew and Elise won as far as singles went, but Rose and I made our comeback in the doubles. After we left the tennis courts, we stopped by the library for a few moments to get some reading material. We always go into the library with the attempt of only getting one or two books, but somehow manage to come out with a dozen or so. Once we got home, we did a little bit of school and then began preparation for Izzy's party. We had confetti cupcakes with a strawberry icing, and two different flavors of ice cream. Although, I think she enjoyed all of the presents she got that were 'Toy Story' toys, or the beautiful dresses she got from our grandparents. Over all, it was a day very well spent.
