Hi Guys!
Sorry I have been away for so long. Not all that much has happened since my last post though.
I have been preoccupied with my music, lately. I did attend solo and ensemble this year, and received a decent score of 2 (out 4- 4 being absolutely awful). The ensemble I played with also received a 2, so we were quite content. Though, we do have hopes to get ones next year instead of twos. Fiddler's Jamboree is next, which shouldn't be too hard. That crowd is fairly decent to play for. The most they could hope to throw at us, is the lovely pies that they sell at the concession stand.
School is another thing that has preoccupied a fair amount of my time. I have had to take my future into perspective. What do I want to do with my life? Will I be happy with that decision? I haven't the slightest clue about the first, but I know that the answer to the second is a definite 'yes'. I have been considering the idea of an English degree. Yet, what I would do with the degree after I have received it, I have yet to decide. I know as a job on the side I would like to have a career that involves dogs and helping people. My mother has suggested therapy work. That does sound like something I would enjoy very much, so I will have to look and see just what is involved with something like that.
