The Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton

Hey Everybody!
So, have you guys seen the wedding? What did you think?
Personally, I thought it was awesome. Kate's dress was amazing, and the ceremony itself was beautiful.
The ceremony started began at 4:30 am (at least here it did), and ended about 7:00 am with the royal procession parading through London. In all, it was a really awesome ceremony.
Congrats to the newlyweds!

A Look Back on Easter...

Hi Guys!
How was your Easter? Mine was amazing. We went downstate to visit with my grandparents, my uncle, and their dogs. It was really great seeing everyone again.
We left early Saturday morning, and we eventually made it to my grandparent's house by about noon or so. We did make a few stops along the way. We all visited for a little while, then the parents headed out. Grandpa, Connor, and I all left a little later. We were on a mission. Then, that trip got sidetracked as Grandpa's truck pulled into McDonald's. We grabbed goodies for everyone, then headed back. (No that was not our original mission)
We then enjoyed watching some movies, playing with the dogs, colored some eggs, took some naps (the grandparents and I), and ate a really good dinner (tacos!). Mom and Dad got back later, only for us to find out we didn't have the right set of dominoes for our late night game (Chickenfoot). Grandpa and I ran into town, retrieved the right set, and hurried home. Unfortunately, neither of us could claim a win that night.
The next day, (Easter) everybody got up and ate breakfast. We had colored eggs, bagels, and juice. Yum!
Then we all got in line for a shower, and cleaned up the house. My uncle arrived about 9:30 or so, into a very 'colorful' political argument between Mom and Grandpa. Ah, the holidays....
We followed our uncle's suit of being 'Switzerland'. We, then, helped set the table for Easter dinner. The smell of the ham baking slowly came around the house, giving a wonderful aroma. Soon, all sorts of delicious dishes made their way out onto the counter top. We all said a prayer then, in an orderly fashion, moved to fix our plates. By the end of the meal, our stomachs were full and we were all happily involved in conversation. We later  played a game a catch, Chickenfoot, and then basketball. As we approached evening ,though, my family had to say our good-byes. We had a long trip back up north.
In all, this Easter has made my favorites. We had so much fun!
Love you Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle D.j., Buddy, and Rocco!!
See you all soon!

Spring Cleaning...

Hi Guys!
Sorry I haven't posted recently, I have started 'spring cleaning' in my house. I have my bedroom almost done, so then I get to move on to the rest of the house. I usually wash all of the walls, get the curtains washed, and the floor all nice and clean. It feels nice after it's all done, like a fresh start.
School is going well, I have one of my subjects almost completely done! Just a few more lessons, and then my schedule becomes a little bit less. Unfortunately, I really like that subject. Oh well, I can always try to like my other subjects the same way.
Orchestra is almost done for the year, as our last concert is in a few weeks. We have a couple of pieces composed by Beethoven, and a Chopin piece. The concert itself always proves to be interesting.... last time a fire alarm sounded. We had to evacuate the entire building, and wait outside for the building for it to be cleared by the instructors. The whole process seems extremely funny now that I think about it, but only because the low strings were practicing outside when it happened. It looked very much like the Titanic scene when the orchestra starts playing 'Nearer My God to Thee', in fact our instructor had thought it funny at the time that he suggested we play it for the waiting crowd. We declined, as we did not know the music. Overall, it was hilarious. Lucky us, that no fire was actually found. Can't wait to figure out what will happen this year!
See you guys soon!

Yard Work

Hey Guys!
I have been pretty busy lately, and haven't had time to post.
I have doing some yard work lately. I cleaned up my backyard, so far. The front yard is a whole other issue.
We have a gravel driveway, so after my brother shoveled the snow from driveway to the yard...yeah, it's going that's going to be a fun little project, before we rake the front lawn. I assisted in moving two of our larger bushes, each weighing about 50 pounds apiece. That was by far the most fun I had last weekend.

This week, I have been busy with orchestra and school. On Tuesday, I was tutored by one of my friends on some math that I have been having trouble with. So now I am doing better in that subject. Today, I have got to go down to the Humane Society. I get to walk all of the dogs (secretly hoping for some puppies too!), then clean up the cat room. Might I just mention, that cleaning the cat room is my least favorite part of that adventure? Yikes! By far the stinkiest room at the humane society.
Missed you guys!
See yas!
